Our company, founded in 1998, locate in Wafangdian, Dalian city--the original place of Chinese bearing industry. "YWY" is the registered trade mark of us. We are a stock-based subsidiary of State Metallurgy Ministry Human Resource Developing Center. Covering 150000 square meters area, our company employ over 380 people including 35 technical staffs and our fixed asset has exceeded 80million yuan,50.77million yuan of which were used to complete our second stage expansion program. Produced by the standard of ISO and China standard, our products include deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, self-aligning roller bearings, thrust self-aligning roller bearings,slewing ring bearings, middle, large and ultra large bearings with ID over 100mm; OD under 2000mm. With complete processing facilities, advanced test and measuring tools, we also can produce non-standard and custom bearings when necessary.
We keep ourself operating under the GB/T19001-2000--ISO9001-2000 quality system. Due to the stable relationship with the Steel Design Institute in Chongqing, Beijing and Wuhan, as well as the Xi^^^^an Heavy Machinery Institute, we can not only develop new product by ourself but also together with those technical partners. So far, we have attracted hundreds of regular customers engaging in the metallurgy and mining machine industries. We supply our customers quality and price-reasonable products which both improve customers performance and win us more reputation and profit.
Having annual output value exceeded 57.1million yuan, our company ranked third in revenue payment in Wafangdian in 2004. We take "credit, professional virtue, quality and earnest" as our philosophy. Paying more attention to the staff training course, internal administration, we fully optimized our company system and won the title of "Advance Technology Enterprise" "Credit & Quality Guaranteed Enterprise" "Financial Credit Rating AAA Enterprise" in succession.
After our 2005-2006 plant expansion, four new workplaces and an office building become available for use. Through adding fully and semi automatic numerical control machine tools and other processing units, we have materialized the specialization of bearings processing. Now we have invested 21million yuan on adding equipments, 20million yuan on construction work; had float capital 9.77million yuan. Totally, we spent 50.77million yuan on the expansion program.
As a result, precision level of our "0" "2" "7" Class mining bearings whose diameter from 80-1600mm, have been increased to P5 level. Our annual output value are expected to be 300million yuan, realizing our leap-frog development.
